2. Services Provided
Beauty Academy Mercuris offers digital courses and educational materials delivered exclusively online. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or third-party gateways. Prices are displayed in the chosen currency and include applicable VAT where required. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information.

4. Access to Courses
Upon successful payment, customers receive access to digital course content either immediately or within 24 hours. Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended solely for individual use. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted. By purchasing a course, you expressly agree to immediate access to digital materials and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. Refunds are only considered in cases of technical failure preventing access to content.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, texts, graphics, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Beauty Academy Mercuris and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
