1. Scope
This Refund and Payment Policy applies to all digital courses and educational content offered through our online store. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal
According to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Czech Civil Code, digital content that is supplied electronically and made available immediately after purchase is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the consumer has given prior consent.

By completing a purchase on our website, you:

  • expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital course materials, and

  • acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once access to the course has been granted.

3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final once access to the course has been granted.

  • No refunds will be issued after course access is provided.

  • Refunds may only be considered if technical issues prevent you from accessing the course and such issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time after contacting customer support.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or supported third-party payment gateways.

  • Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable VAT or sales taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date at the time of purchase.
